Meetings and Workshops

IMPORTANT: Please note the change of venue for future club events. The renovations to the Newmarket Community Centre are not complete, therefore until further notice all meetings, workshops and judgings will be held at the Art Ferguson Clubhouse (16195 Bayview Ave, Newmarket). Please also note the change of date for certain meetings in the spring 2012 session. Watch the sidebar and google calendar for current information.

Outings

Approximately once a month during the club season a casual group outing is arranged for club members to attend if desired. Generally we meet at the chosen location and shoot individually or in small groups.

The next two outings are...

Saturday February 11th, 2012- Butterfly Conservatory and Bird Kingdom Niagara Falls. An information document is now available for this outing.

Sunday March 25th, 2012- Allan Gardens Greenhouses and Toronto Architecture

We hold several photographic competitions each year, with a variety of themes. For details please refer to the competitions page.

Annual Banquet

Details for the 2012 club banquet will be announced in early 2012.

Camping Weekend

Every year club members descend on an Ontario Provincial Park during a weekend in July. This is an enjoyable event with less emphasis on photography than fun!
